Nursery Reveal

Happy Wednesday! I'm FINALLY sharing Jack's nursery over here on the blog today! I still have a few things to hang that haven't come in yet, but before he's here and I'm in full #NewMomMode... I wanted to share all the little details! Some of the big stuff like the furniture I'm able to link exact pieces, but other things like the lamps, decor and pillows I tried to find the closest thing I could for y'all! A lot of the decor we found at little boutiques or Hobby Lobby, Home Goods etc... so there is still a chance you might find some of the exact items at your store!

When I envisioned Jackson's nursery, I really wanted soft and sweet colors. I toyed around with doing little baby safari animals and lots of beige and textures, but then I thought about our life and what life our little man would be coming into and Justin and I LOVE the beach and anything water/coastal related so we HAD to go with a coastal/nautical theme! I still wanted to keep it soft and sweet so I tried to incorporate lots of different shades of blues, greys and whites, but made sure the darker blue colors were still a bit muted if that makes sense. I think for a new born, it's just so sweet for a nursery. However, when Jack is a little bit older, we will totally be able to transition this room into a fun coastal toddler room (unless he's super into cars or super heros then we're screwed and starting at square one lol) But I'll be able to incorporate fun bright blues and it will transition well into a big boy room!Justin and I are firm believers in splurge on some things, save on others and I can't ever pass up a good deal. THIS furniture was so incredible affordable for the quality, look and amount of storage- we couldn't say no! When it came to a rocker/glider- I loved the look and feel of an ottoman and glider, but also liked that a rocker didn't take up too much space. So what do we do!? Well, I came across THIS glider that was also a recliner. SCORE. It's sooo comfortable, glides like I prefer but also doesn't take up nearly as much space as an ottoman would! I had initial thoughts of getting a lighter colored glider too, but at the end up the day the grey color won't get as dirty as a white/light beige so I think that was a good purchase!Alright so the rest of the nursery reveal is below and I am linking AS MUCH as I can at the bottom of this post! I would love to know what theme you went with for your little one's nursery! Love hearing everyone's different ideas and styles!

Love that this basket holder is open- easy access to diapers and wipes!

I keep extra lotions, shampoos, nursing necessities, some toys, extra sheets/ blankets etc in these cubes! No one would ever know!

Little dude will have MORE than enough stuffed animals and lovies to snuggle with!

My mom and I found this lamp and it's what started the entire inspo for his nursery!

I found the mirrors at Hobby Lobby, my mom found this wooden whale (can't remember where but I found a similar linked below) and one of my girlfriends painted his name for me!

My best friends mom stitched this quilt that's on the glider and it is the cutest thing EVERRR!

I think this sign is from Hobby Lobby!

Thanks for popping by today!
