OUR STAY AT: LIMELIGHT INN | DAHLONAGA, GA

Hey There! It’s about time I finally got my review of the Limelight Inn up! My mom and I stayed here for a friends wedding close by a few weeks ago and we had the BEST time! This is not sponsored FYI, we just had such a wonderful experience and I had so many of you asking for a recap of our trip and review of where we stayed, I promised I would do one!

So, we stayed at The Limelight Inn right in Dahlonaga, GA. It’s a bed and breakfast that’s set up like an air bnb- I say that because you don’t have to check in at a front desk. Each room has a key pad on it and you’re emailed a code and that’s how you get in your room! The bed and breakfast aspect comes into play in the mornings! Each morning, you’re welcome to go to the common area (that big building pictured below) and indulge in a delicious home cooked breakfast! Everything we had was SOOO GOOD. The Limelight is actually owned by 3 sisters and one of the sisters cooked each morning for us!

I loved how this inn was in the middle of the woods/ mountains yet the rooms and decor were so glam! It was like we were staying at a 5 star hotel in the middle of the city! The Limelight also has a small wedding venue on site! Its soo pretty and updated, but smaller. You can also rent out the entire inn for your wedding party (there are 11 rooms total) or you could even rent it out for a large family reunion or Christmas!

COMMON AREA

How gorgeous is this common area! I am obsesssed with the decor and colors in this room! They had a sitting area with a cozy fire place and on the other side is where we ate breakfast! There’s a couple tables set up! The exterior of this building was too cute as well!

WEDDING VENUE

Above is the chapel behind me! They had a small chapel (full of glass window walls) and a reception venue (indoor and outdoor) right on the other side. I forgot to take a picture of this unfortunately, but the aesthetic of the building looked just like the chapel behind me. I loved that it was super modern with a hint of mountain feel, yet still felt traditional with the chapel.

Hope you enjoyed this quick recap of our stay at The Limelight! If you have any other questions I could answer, feel free to leave a comment below or shoot me a dm over on INSTA!
