Some of My Fave Places to Wine and Dine in Jax Beach & Ponte Vedra Beach
Hey Babes! Doing something a little different today and venturing away from beauty and fashion to one of my other favorite things...... food and drinks!! If you live in the Jacksonville/ beaches area, you've probably already been to all of these places, but if you're reading and you're from out of town and thinking of where to eat play drink, I've listed some of my favorites below!
This is an Alley Family Favorite! We'll go up there on a Friday Night and always have a blast. There are so many selections of beer and wine and some really yummy tapas. This is a perfect place to go for a girls night if you're wanting to split some wine and light bites!
Nona Blue (PVB)
Our first experience here was actually pretty bad haha! We went when it had just opened for datenight/ my birthday- I think there was like a football game going on that night too, it was SO loud and our table was literally in the middle of a walk way, we've gone back several times since then and have loved it. It wasn't as loud and I have not seen those tables placed in the walk way so.....I'm guessing others had some complaints about it too. Anyway, the food is really good here, but the cocktails are sooo yummy!
Table One (PVB)
One of our fave places to go for date night! They have really really good flatbreads here (and desserts!)
Surfer The Bar (JAXBEACH)
Surfer just opened a few months ago and it has been a huge hit. It's really just a big bar... there's a food truck inside, but that's about it for food. I've been at night and I've been during the day- both are really fun. Night time turns into more of a dance/ bar scene and during the day it's like a fun beach party. I suggest going just to check out the interior design of this place. it is amazing, I want my whole house to look like that one day :)
Want really good seafood? Here's the place. It's a little on the pricier side, but it's delicious and it's in a fun part of town.
Sharkies (PVB)
Best burgers hands down. I used to think MShack had the best burgers and then Justin took me to Sharkies. It's in Ponte Vedra Beach and is literally a hole in the wall, but omg so good yet so bad for you haha
Flying Iguana (AB)
Delicious guac, really really good margaritas, unique tacos and fun outdoor seating.
The Lemon Bar (NEPTUNE BEACH)
I meannnn everyone loves Lemon Bar! It sits right on the beach in Neptune and is the place to go after a long day out in the ocean! I've honestly only had like chicken fingers here so I can't say much about the food, but it's a fun place to day drink if you're in to that kind of thing :)
Angies Subs (JAXBEACH)
I think this was one of the first places I went to when we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville, literally just subs, but soo good. The restaurant itself is so cool, all the seating is like refurbished pieces found at a garage sale, I'm pretty sure I've sat in a back seat of a car in Angies ha!
