Current Makeup Routine
(perfume)
Happy Monday Loves! Thought I would share my makeup I've been using most recently! I've changed up a few products (including foundation) and I've also included some of my tried and true! Keep reading to see what all I've been using and what's working for me especially now that it's summer!
Primer
I always always make sure my face is really hydrated before applying my makeup for the day, if it's dry- my makeup will not go on properly and I find my face gets flakey and my makeup gets splotchy. I've been using THIS little pot of gold for a good few months now and man....it's gooood. I wear it every morning and night, it's so light and refreshing, yet really moisturizes. As for a primer, I really like the MUFE primer, and I've recently started using THIS illuminating primer. It's amazing for the summertime and really makes your tan glow- I used THIS one all last year! Has anyone tried the Marc Jacobs primer and dew drops? I'm really interested in trying them- I've heard mixed reviews.

Foundation
So I've been using the Makeup Forever HD foundation for a few years now I love it. The coverage is unbelievable. I recently decided to try out the stick version...it's ok. Its really good for using it in places you need some more coverage, but it left a cakey texture on my face when I really applied it all over like I did the liquid form. I still keep it in my bag though because it's great for touch ups on little areas you may be broken out. However... I've recently switched to Lancome's new 24 hr wear foundation. This stuff is AMAZING. It doesn't have the best coverage (one swipe of the MUFE foundation and blemishes were completely covered, Lancome's takes a couple layers if you want the same coverage) but I really really like that. It leaves you with a non- cakey, dewey complexion and it's waterproof and lasts 24 hours. This stuff really works haha! I think this foundation is so perfect for the next few hot months ahead!

BB Cream
THIS stuff right here is the best BB cream I've ever used and will wear it to the beach if I want an even complexion.

Concealers
I've honestly just been using Shape Tape for a while and only use that haha! It's great. I've used some the IT cosmetics CC concealer cream and holy crap that stuff covers!! So if you're needing some major concealing- go with IT CC cream, if you just want to brighten under your eyes, I'd say shape tape is the way to go.
*Tip: use a concealer about 3 shades darker than your natural face color (or foundation) and use it to contour your nose, cheekbones, forehead at a much cheaper cost than a contour palette.

Setting Powder | Bronzer | Blush
I've been using THIS $3 setting powder and it works fantastic. I'm about it lol
I'll use THIS bronzer to contour and THIS to give my face a dewy glow
I really love Benefit's blushes (the blush palettes are my fave and best bang for your buck), but Tarte has some amazing ones as well!

Mascara
Ahhh my favorite part, mascara!! Eyelashes make a huge difference to your face and eyes- if I could only use one makeup product again, it would probably be mascara! Yall know I love my Maybelline Falsies mascara, but I loveeee THIS mascara and THIS mascara. I buy them in travel sizes because #1 it's cheaper and #2 I'm able to use it all before it starts drying up (and it still lasts me awhile!)
*Tip: I use THIS eyelash curler and THIS primer and it adds sooo much length and volume to my eyelashes!

Eyebrows | Eyeshadow
I bought THIS whole eyebrow set from Sephora because it had like 4 full size products in it and I'm pretty sure I saved $50 by buying them in the gift set- my mom recently gave me THIS eyebrow product too and I really like it.
As far as eyeshadows... I'm a huge Naked Palette lover... I know, so basic, but the colors are so pigmented and stay on for hours!
